Nationally certified and licensed by the state of Oregon, I am a professional massage therapist with additional certification in pain relieving Medical Massage and Hot Stone Massage. Over the past 17 years I have helped hundreds of people with pain and tension in the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and legs. I am skilled and experienced in the art of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Techniques, and Hot Stone Massage. I am successful in relieving issues of pain and helping muscles to relax, which results in greater flexibility and freedom in movement for clients. Through years of experience I have gained the exceptional ability to tune in to a individual's body intelligence, allowing me to deliver an intensive, customized, thorough treatment to fit the needs of each individual.
